ACCESSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING WORKSHOP
This fun, interactive half day workshop, tailored to your organization, is designed to train staff in Ontario’s Accessible Customer Service Standards and build “Disability Confidence” in their customer service.
Participants will learn how to provide accessible customer service and:
- Gain insight and knowledge through hands-on simulation experience into the
- obstacles and barriers people with various disabilities must overcome
- How Accessible Customer Service makes a positive difference
- Gain disability confidence to serve any customer
Ontario’s Accessibility Standards require both public and private companies to ensure they have written policies and procedures around how they will serve people with disabilities, communicate with people with disabilities and manage applicants/employees with disabilities. Services are available to write/edit new or existing policy and procedural manuals that will comply with the new standards.
